Terms

Last updated 13 August 2026. Plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask at hello@eujob.dev and it gets rewritten.

What you get

eujob reads employer career boards, ranks the openings it finds against the profile you give it, emails you the ones worth your time, and writes cover letters and CVs from your own material. It does not apply to jobs on your behalf and it never sends anything to an employer. Everything that leaves this service leaves because you sent it.

What it costs

The price is on the pricing page. While the service is this new, the people using it are not being charged at all, and you will be told well before that changes. When there is a subscription it is monthly, it renews monthly, and there is no minimum term.

Cancelling

One click, from your own profile page, at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not cut you off: you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is taken. You can also delete your account outright, which is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, your rankings, your letters and your CVs.

Refunds and the cooling-off period

Under EU consumer law you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is a digital service that starts immediately, starting to use it within those fourteen days counts as asking for it to begin, and the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully delivered for that period. In practice: if something goes wrong, or the service does not do what this site says it does, write to hello@eujob.dev and you will be refunded. That is a smaller promise than it sounds, because it is one person reading the mail, and it is meant literally.

What you are responsible for

Everything this service writes for you is a draft. Letters, CVs and screening answers are built only from what you gave us, and they are never allowed to add a claim you did not make, but they are generated text and they can be wrong. Read them before you send them. Scores are an opinion about a fit, not a prediction about an outcome, and no part of this service promises you a job or an interview.

What we are responsible for

Running the service with reasonable care, telling you plainly when something is broken, and handling your data as described on the privacy page. Job postings come from employers and third-party boards; their accuracy, and whether a role is still open, is not something this service can guarantee, though it re-checks and closes dead postings daily.
