What we hold, and why
Written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear or looks wrong, that is worth telling us: use the feedback button or reply to any email we send.
What you give us
- Your name and email. The email is how your matches reach you and how you log in. Nothing is ever sent to it except your own matches, your login links, and messages about your account.
- The materials you paste at signup: your background, what you are looking for, what you bring, and the rest of the onboarding answers. This is the raw material for your profile and nothing else.
What we make from it
- A structured profile in the same format the ranking engine and the letter writer use. You can read and edit it in full, at any time, on your profile page.
- A score per job, with the reasoning: strengths, gaps, and an honest verdict.
- Cover letters, only for jobs you ask for one on.
- When you last visited, so we stop spending on ranking for accounts nobody is using.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare runs the app, the database and the email sending. Data sits in their network.
- The AI model provider receives your profile and a job posting in order to score it, and your profile in order to draft a letter. It is sent for that request and not used to train anything.
- Employers see nothing automatically. Nothing about you is sent anywhere until you decide to apply, and the application is submitted by you, in your own browser.
- We do not sell anything to anybody, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site: no analytics scripts, no cookies beyond the one that keeps you logged in.
What you can do about it
- See it. Your profile page shows the whole profile as stored. Nothing is hidden from you.
- Take it. Download everything we hold about you as one file, from your profile page.
- Correct it. Edit the profile directly and save.
- Stop the email from the link at the bottom of any of them, without losing your account.
- Delete it. One button on your profile page removes your profile, your rankings, your letters and your login links. It really deletes them, and it cannot be undone.
How long
Until you delete it, or until the account has been unused for a long time and we clear it out. Job postings themselves are public vacancies collected from company career pages; they are not personal data about you, and they stay in the shared pool.
eujob is currently run by one person in the Netherlands as an invite-only trial. If you want your data or want it gone and something here does not work, say so and it will be done by hand the same day.
