The loop

Five steps. You decide every one.

eujob does the reading, the ranking and the first draft. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

  1. Discover

Openings pulled from company career boards, not resold from a job aggregator.

  2. Score honestly

Each role is measured against your actual profile, with the reasoning shown.

  3. Write in your voice

A cover letter grounded in your real background. No invented experience.

  4. Apply on the real site

The employer's own application page is filled in for you. You confirm the send.

  5. Track everything

Applications, interviews, deadlines and job-related email in one pipeline.

What you accept and reject sharpens the next round of scores

Honest scoring

A 54 stays a 54.

Most tools round everything up to a flattering match and send you back to a job board. A score that never says no is not a score.

Platform Engineer

Amsterdam · on-site 4 days · permanent · Dutch B2 preferred

54 Mixed

Verdict: your Kubernetes and CI work lines up well, but this is four days on-site in Amsterdam and you set remote-first as a hard preference. Worth applying only if you would move on that.

What speaks for it

  • Kubernetes and CI are the core of the role
  • Team size and seniority match where you are now

What speaks against

  • Four days on-site against your remote-first preference
  • Dutch B2 preferred, which you have not claimed

What a padded score costs

An inflated match reads well and wastes an afternoon. Applying badly is not free.

What the score is made of

Your whole background against the whole posting: skills, seniority, location and working pattern, language, and the things you said you will not do. The verdict names the trade-off instead of hiding it behind a percentage.

Low scores are useful

Knowing a role is a 29 in ten seconds is worth as much as finding an 81.

Why it is different

Four decisions we will not reverse.

Scoring that can say no

Every score comes with its reasoning: what speaks for the role, what speaks against, and the trade-off you would be accepting.

Applications go to the employer

You apply on the company's own page, the way the hiring team expects. No middleman inbox.

Letters grounded in your background

Written from what is actually in your profile, in your register. No borrowed achievements.

Built for NL and the EU first

Dutch and European career boards, local contract types, language requirements and working patterns.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Where do the jobs come from?

From company career boards. eujob reads the opening at its source, so you see the employer's own posting and apply on the employer's own page, not an aggregator copy.

Does eujob apply for me automatically?

It fills the employer's own application form for you: your details, your CV and the drafted letter, plus the screening questions it can answer honestly from your profile. Nothing is sent until you confirm, and anything it cannot answer truthfully is left for you. You can always stop at the filled form and submit it yourself.

How is the score calculated?

Your whole profile is weighed against the whole posting: skills and seniority, location and working pattern, language, pay, and the things you said you will not do. You get one number plus the reasoning behind it, so you can see the trade-off rather than a bare percentage.

Will the cover letter sound like me?

It is written from your own profile and past letters, and stays inside what you have actually done. It is a draft: you read it, edit it, and decide whether it goes.

Does it work outside the Netherlands?

It is built for the Dutch and wider European market first, so the career boards, contract types and language requirements are local ones. Other European roles are covered; the Netherlands is deepest.

What does it do with my data?

Your profile, applications and any job-related email you route to it are used to find, score and track roles for you. Your details are only ever sent to an employer as part of an application you confirm.

Your time is worth more than the spreadsheet.

Start with your profile. The first honest scores take a few minutes.
