Name one or two real places and say what draws you. Anything counts: the work, the people, the technology, the money, the pace, how it would look on your CV. Guessing is fine, so is not knowing. Too much pressure, the wrong team, a commute, hard to get into, or something you would rather not give up. This is what stops us matching you to something that looks right on paper and would not be.

Now the opposite: where would you NOT want to work, even in a role you would otherwise love? (optional)

Industries, kinds of organisation, or a real company. This used to be a grid of tick boxes (fossil fuels, gambling, tobacco) and it asked the wrong thing: the objection that matters is almost always specific, and no list holds "not defence, though I would work on nuclear safety". Say what and why, and say whether a genuinely good role could ever make up for it, because that trade-off is the part we would otherwise guess.
